Why a TTR?

Consumers are now demanding higher levels of food safety. New food handling regulations require "proof-of-compliance" records for critical food handling points. On-farm milk cooling and storage is a critical food handling point. 

A TTR records the temperature of the cooled milk over a period of time. The record can be retrieved for "proof-of-compliance".
